Rekruter / Recruitment Consultant for a Leading Agency – Dublin Based

Experienced Recruiters needed urgently- No Business Development Involved. OTE 40k+ with Management opportunities.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Basic + Commission- 40 000 EUR + in your 1st year.

MG International formally known as Meghen Group is a Recruitment agency that has been working within the Irish Market for the past 11 years. Within the last year Meghen Group has rebranded to MG International and now recruits globally for Large Outsourcers and BPO's.

MG International is looking for an Experienced Recruiter with fluency in English and experience in recruitment (in-house or agency background will be considered). We are looking for a motivated person able to work in an extremely fast paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects.

Job Outline:

As a Recruitment Consultant with MGI your role is Purely Sourcing and Selection of Suitable candidates for clients. You will also be responsible for building ongoing relationships with both Clients and Candidates.

Unlike Other Recruitment Agencies- there is NO Business Development for Recruitment Consultants.

Daily Duties:

• Interviewing Candidates over the phone in order to access their work experience and suitability for a job
• Highlighting candidates key skills and motivations for potential clients
• Scheduling Interviews and Preparing candidates for Interview
• Assisting Candidates with Relocation
• Account Managing your client list

Person Specification:

• Excellent command of English language
• Fluency in German language would be advantageous
