The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas" operational scope in Poland.
Regulatory Reporting is a new initiative being launched by our Warsaw office - you have a chance to be a part of it! Your team will transfer new process to our Warsaw office. This is a unique opportunity to gain new experience, expand your knowledge and skills in multinational environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Service delivery and engagement of new regulatory reporting client"s requirements
- Preparation & review of regulatory reporting returns for our clients
- Ensuring agreed delivery service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met
- Deliver high quality service through accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information
- Be responsive and anticipate to the client/internal client needs
- Understand the needs of our end clients via local offices, and ensure full support for accurate and timely reporting coupled with a proactive approach to local offices
- Continuously improve and recommend opportunities to enhance client focused service delivery
- Keep abreast of the changing needs of our industry and keeping up with current regulatory environment
- Ensure client reporting metrics are delivered to add value to client service levels
- Responsible for solving issues and incidents and monitoring delivery of solutions and overall service to client and the wider internal organization.
We are looking for you, if you:
- Have minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Fund's Industry
- Have a university degree
- Are fluent in English
- Have ability to understand/interpret new and existing regulatory requirements
- Have experience in working with fund administration systems (Advent Geneva, MultiFonds, and NTAS) will be advantageous
- Have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Have analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Have pro-active approach
- Are adhering to standards
- Are able to build partnership with clients
- Are able to take responsibility and resolve issues as they arise
- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills
