- Perform document-level publishing and formatting documents for submission readiness
- Bookmarking and hyperlinking of regulatory documentation and finalisation of submissions to the Health Authorities around the world
- Gather, organize and archive data and documents required in the drugs registration process
- Work efficiently within a team of internal project team members
- Complete assigned tasks with high quality and in a timely manner
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree; natural sciences, life sciences or pharmacy is preferred
- Understanding and experience in MS Office tools, Windows and general computer literacy
- Ability to support a project team across multiple geographic locations to build collaborative relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
