We are looking for the following open position for Poland:
Regional Sales Manager
Location: Łódź
Main tasks:
- Responsible for the achievement of Sales Targets, revenue and gross margin in the region.
- Actively win, retain and grow the business in Poland and other European countries.
- Manage and implement the local sales network including Agents and finders.
- Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries.
- Competently advise customers and sales partners on the technical features and applications of the technology.
- Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines.
- Majority of working time spent on visiting customers.
- Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with Marketing.
- Creating a pipeline of leads.
Your profile:
- Engineering diploma (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent education.
- Solid sales experience in machine tools or industrial equipment preferred.
- Fluent in Polish and English (any other Eastern European language is a big plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiating skills, results driven.
- Entrepreneurial skills and ability to work in team and independently.
- Demonstrated abilities in developing strong customer relationships.
- Pro-active, passionate about Sales with strong drive to reach the target.
- Willingness for regular travelling.
- Valid driver's license.
