Opis stanowiska

The regional sales manager will work with existing customers and develop new business through SSC's official distributors in Central and Eastern Europe. The candidate should have at least 5 years technical sales experience on Light Emitting Diode and Optoelectronic parts. Core Function: Regional Business Development and Sales in Central, Eastern Europe

Wymagania

5 years of experience in related field, Opto-Electronics, Semiconductor, LEDs Fluent in English /Writing, speaking, listening Previous experience working with sales representatives and distributors in the electronics industry Ability to analyze and qualify customers’ technical needs and requests in the field Self-starter that is strongly motivated with initiatives to succeed and exceed sales goals Proven track record in strategic planning to develop and increase sales in a large territory Ability to analyze customer needs and transform those needs into sales; achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the region Proactive attitude with the persistence to follow through with customers and the SSC support team Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business leads and establish relationships with existing customers Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to travel all E. European countries (including exhibitions and customers’/distributors’ activities) Must be disciplined enough to work remotely from a home office
