Our client, a medical company for a new European Shared Service Center is looking for candidates for the position:
Regional Pricing & Contract Administrator France

Responsibilities:
- In general maintains proper controls over the integrity and security of all pricing and contract information
- Provide business support in the form of set up and maintenance of all pricing in Vendavo and SAP platforms
- Maintain strong working relationships with local and regional pricing contacts
- Support resolution of pricing data related issues including preparation of necessary documents required to clear orders that are incorrectly priced as well as customer disputed invoices due to price discrepancies
- Issue pricing data extracts and reports for both business partners and for audit purposes
- Measure and report on the adherence to the department’s service level agreement with internal customers
- Generate and publish agreed KPI reports on price blocks, overrides & disputes for each country and business units on a monthly basis or as frequently as deemed necessary
- Set up and maintain regional processes / procedures / tools necessary for creating and maintaining high quality of pricing data
- Review existing pricing processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy, while adhering to company-wide vision and pricing strategies
- Regularly communicate with country and regional contacts for any process related information/changes
- Maintain department’s intranet website and salesforce.com group for communication with country and regional contacts
- Prepare and support annual pricing changes
- Assist or lead projects impacting pricing master data
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification:
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Proficiency in English required (reading, writing and speaking)
- Good French (must to have)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (VBA and macro writing knowledge), PowerPoint , Word
- Experience using SAP (pricing module), nice to see,
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 2 years previous working experience in Pricing, Finance, Reimbursement, Marketing or related field (must have)
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- High level of attention to detail and able to work well with large data files
- Excellent team player
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to design new concepts/processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with other departments and ability to understand how other work groups operate and use pricing master data
- Ability to work with multi-cultural & multi-functional components to overcome strategic challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to clearly define processes and write SOPs and local policies
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in with companies in the medical industry or similar regulated industry preferred.
- Knowledge of “Vendavo” pricing system
- Advance degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
