Regional Financial Controller
For our client, a leading International company within its branch in the High-Technology sector, we are looking for a highly-professional and ambitious candidate for a newly created Regional Financial Controller position. This position is responsible for oversight and support of the Region of 10 countries. The chosen candidate will manage subsidiary controllers to ensure financial information and analysis are reported timely and accurately in accordance with group policy and procedures.
Job description:
- Manage timely and accurate reporting of the regions monthly performance and group KPIs to the management team.
- Organize and control tax issues very closely, with the support of the Corporate Juridical / Fiscal position.
- Manage the regional treasury function in order to insure adequate cash flow and the optimal use of company assets, which includes strong focus on accounts receivable, and inventory optimization.
- Report and organize cost control proactively.
- Ensure an adequate level of internal controls to protect company assets. -Coordinate the completion of the annual regional division budget and semi-annual forecasts.
- Develop and maintain proper transfer price system.
- Higher education in finance/economics field
- 4-6 years of experience in an in a financial controlling role in an international setting
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people
- Strong experience with the use of IT systems to satisfy business needs (ERP)
- Ability to work across various functional areas and to interact with individuals across all levels throughout the organization

- Energetic and high level of dedication including the ability to travel across the region (up to 60%)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
