The Regional Marketing Coordinator is a high impact member of the marketing team that implements and manages the regional marketing initiatives and align them on the global group marketing and communication policies.
The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the Group Marketing and Communication Director and works closely with the regional and local subsidiaries managers, marketing resources and sales teams.
This position will drive programs that will support TRILOGIQ world leadership through an innovative range of initiatives and disruptive innovation launch.
You are responsible for working closely with our local subsidiaries, cross-functional services teams as well as third parties, to drive execution of global plans and meet customer’s needs, with the goal of delivering happiness to our customer base, and maintaining our competitive advantage.
- Collaborates with Group Communication and Marketing Director and the subsidiary management to determine the most effective strategies to meet group goals
- Works with the Marketing Manager towards increased localization of international brand strategy
- Adjusts implements and evaluates global marketing promotions, social media, public relations, trade strategies at the given market.
- Advises Sales team on appropriate marketing initiatives including offline and online campaigns, local events, promotions and more.
- Responsible for advising local subsidiaries on trade show , and trade events including working with sales to develop and communicate the objectives of the events and driving attendance
- Manages the regional marketing calendar
- Delivers KPI based reports on executed actions with strong focus on ROI
- Manages global projects in cooperation with his/her colleagues and marketing & communication director for the group.
- Perform relevant marketing research activities for his/her markets
Marketing or business degree with 2-3 years of international interface coordination in industrial and BtoB
environment.
Personal interest for social media and digital marketing tools
Experience working with multiple territories, multiple priorities, and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail
Analytic skills with the ability to present qualitative and quantitative marketing results.
Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying
degrees of marketing experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication (verbal and
written) with management and team members.

English fluency
Russian proficiency
