Working as a Regional Account Manager you will be responsible primarily for managing all aspects of sales within the assigned area, the customer development and business promotion.
Main duties include:
- Achieving key goals and ensuring implementation of sales campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue growth targets;
- Reporting effectiveness of every store in assigned area
- Overseeing day to day sales in the local market;
- Ensuring appropriate communication, promotional and training activities;
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as regional key account manager or similar;
- Understanding the differences between retail chains;
- Experience in cooperation with the retail customers
- Negotiation skills, good analytical skills, problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Fluent in Polish and at least moderate English;
- Strong target oriented and proactive work attitude;
- Focused on the company and customer and understanding his needs;
- Independent in performing of entrusted tasks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license cat. “B”
