Your role
Do you want to help develop a recruitment strategy for a rapidly growing organization? Are you a leader people look up to? Do you make it easier for clients to do business with us, taking ownership every step of the way? We're looking for someone like that to:
- lead a team of recruiters, managing team performance through effective leadership and clear direction including planning and delivery of team meetings, regular coaching sessions and 1:1 sessions
- drive a culture of continuous improvement delivered through regular problem solving sessions with the team and individual observation sessions supporting identification of opportunities for process improvement
- collaborate closely with colleagues across HR and global recruiting colleagues, and manage relationships with strategic vendors
- manage end-to-end recruitment process within an allocated business division whilst working in collaboration with the hiring manager to provide consultative guidance, including clarity around roles and responsibilities and leading the recruitment approach to ensure the optimal outcome is delivered
- give candidates and hiring managers a speedy and seamless experience
Your team
You’ll be working as part of the Corporate Centre Global Professional recruitment team based in Wroclaw. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by getting the right candidates. We draw on our recruiting network worldwide to identify, select and on-board the best talent using new technology and improved processes.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience in a management role like this (and you loved it)
- experience driving and leading a high-performing team
- proven knowledge of the local market (you’ve found innovative ways of sourcing talent)
- functional expertise within Technology and Banking/ SSC Operations will be a strong asset
You are:
- an effective negotiator and communicator (you know how to handle challenging situations)
- comfortable with data analysis, able to interpret statistics, recognize trends and present market data
- passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
