For our Client we are currently looking for a person to hold a position of Recruitment Team Leader (Gdańsk)

Person on this position will be responsible for the management of recruitment processes and leading the team of recruiters. The duties will include also staffing of IT Delivery Centre in Gdańsk, preparing reports and analyzes. The role of the Recruitment Team Leader will also involve managing the workload and identifying priories as well as ensuring high quality of recruitment service.

The ideal Candidate for this position must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and more than 5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT area). The person on this position should have experience in managing teams of 3 -10 people. It is necessary for the Candidate to have experience in volume recruitment processes and be fluent English speaker.
