What the role entails:
- Process management.
- Selling on multiple levels and negotiation.
- Building, establishing and maintaining professional external relationships.
- Head-hunting and sourcing.
- Generating leads.
- Recruit, Support and coach team members.
- Consistently meet recruitment targets and demonstrate leadership behaviour.
- Support manager in reporting and achieving targets.
- Successfully lead a team.
