Recruitment Partner, Gdańsk
Working on the position of Recruitment Partner you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, from design, development and execution of internal and external sourcing strategies, initial briefing with hiring managers, suggesting attraction strategies trough sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and taking candidates till the offer process.
Your role will be to act as Hays representative on client’s site, ensuring the delivery of SLA by the dedicated team while following Client compliance procedures. Additionally, successful candidate will provide weekly reporting, make sure the satisfaction of the client is on the highest level;
On a daily basis you will develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities.
We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent recruitment skills gained in agency or in internal talent acquisition team, strong abilities of multitasking and very good (C1) English.
Successful Candidate should proof his/her knowledge of local labor market and demonstrate high level of sourcing techniques, effective screening and interviewing skills. 2 years of professional experience in coordinating high volume recruitment projects for SSC sector and/or partnering company’s start ups will be more than welcome.
In addition you need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
