Recruitment Deputy Manager
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Realization of departmental strategic objectives by:
- Human Resources Managements
- Managing recruitment activities via team coordinators and team members
- Stimulating process improvements and support execution of departmental projects
- Ensuring meeting SLA
- Managing relations with internal customers
- Building positive relations and team work environment
Requirements:
- Very good command of English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing recruitment team
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (with the focus on MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativeness and assertiveness in cooperation with internal Clients
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills to be able to define problem statements and propose improvement actions
- Experience in change management
- Organizational skills and abilityto prioritize tasks
- Stress resistance and ability to manage in very dynamically changing environment
