We are looking for sales professionals, with a proven track record of success against targets, to transfer their experience and skills to the role of a Recruitment Consultant.
A Recruitment Consultant has similar responsibilities to an Account Executive, Estate Agent or a Sales Representative/Executive and we find that sales people and account managers have excellent transferable skills into recruitment. It's a pressurised career which involves account management, business development and the management of the recruitment lifecycle on behalf of your clients.

- Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment. This can be with businesses of all sizes from global multinationals down to rapidly growing SMEs
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment and advise on suitable methods to ensure timely delivery
- Significant networking to attract new candidates
- Offer consultative CV and interview advice to candidates
- Source suitable candidates (either from the database, headhunting or specific advertising campaigns) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
This will involve:
- Promoting the services of Page Personnel and yourself to clients, initially by telephone and then by way of a formal meeting or Group presentation
- Interviewing candidates, either on a general basis, with a specific assignment in mind or from an advertised selection assignment
- Presenting suitable candidates to clients by way of detailed CVs or assessments
- Ensuring peripheral arrangements such as interview times, dates, job descriptions etc are in place and communicated to all relevant parties
- Forging long term relationships resulting in repeat business and client/candidate loyalty
- Providing a professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates based on your market and commercial awareness
