- Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with our clients to discuss specific needs;
- Creation of job posts in various channels, preselecting candidates, conducting interviews and presenting the perfect profiles to our clients;
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies;
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
- Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy.
- Have BS/MS in a relevant field;
- Be pro-active, self-motivated and willing to meet and take on new challenges;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Polish and English;
- Have at least 1 year of previous experience in recruitment and various selection processes (interviewing, reference check etc);
- Possess strong decision making skills.
