- Generate your own business - use sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from clients’ companies; - Deliver a professional service to your clients using our extensive tools and methodologies; - Creatively source and network with professional & highly skilled individuals; - Work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task; - Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media; - Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; - Run recruitment administration – arrange interviews, check references and update internal databases

Wymagania

- For our Warsaw office we are seeking ambitious, competitive, determined recruitment professionals with passion for delivering to clients, a hunger for success and great influencing skills; - Ideally with 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment and clear sales ability; - The successful candidates will have excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and will be results-driven; - For this particular position good command of English is essential; - Knowledge of a specific functional discipline/skillset or business sector can help you achieve success.
