Our employees are typically carpenters,masons, painters, welders, technicians, electricians etc.. Our head office is located near Aarhus, Denmark. At the moment, we have 6 offices in Denmark, 1 in Germany and 1 Canada, and we are planning to open a new office in Poland in the near future. At the moment, we are around 500 external employees (labourers) and 30 internal employees (administration). Recruitment Assistant
Location: Szczecin
Job description
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant for our new office in Szczecin. You will beresponsible for recruiting employees (mainly craftsmen) for our department in Denmark. Other tasks will include English-Polish translations for our Polishe mployees. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become our Recruitment Manager for Poland.
Work tasks:
- Advertising of job offers
- Searching for new employees
- Reviewing incoming applications
- Organising and managing job interviews
- Maintaining our recruiting system
- Translating our English newsletter into Polish
- Planning and implementing new recruitment strategies
Requirements
You are a person that understands how to establish and maintain relationships with people.You are a strong communicator that is able to formulate messages precisely and correctly. You value quality and you are always looking for improving existing standards. You are a self-disciplined, systematic and routine-oriented person.You follow guidelines and you meet target goals. You are a team player and a good and friendly colleague.
You are a native speaker of Polish and speak and write English on a very high level. Knowledge of German will be considered as a plus.
We assume your current or previous work profession within the fields of human resources, sales, administration, recruitment or customer service.
