- For this role we believe you need minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing, proven record of developing people and organisations and experience from at matrix organisation and/or participating on projects.
In the role as Recruitment, Selection & On-boarding leader, you are responsible for leading the process around recruitment and on boarding for the country organisation in order to attract, recruit and on-board talented candidates to fill job vacancies, and retain talent long term.
- Support the implementation of the IKEA Talent approach in the organisation by aligning the recruitment strategy accordingly
- Drive localisation of Centre of Expertise Recruitment, on-boarding and selection concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to secure successful implementation in the country
- Be responsible for collecting and reporting country recruitment, on-boarding and selection needs to the Centre of Expertise
- Ensuring that recruitment actions are aligned with our business direction and processes both globally and locally (e.g. country direction, business plans, market Penetration plan and management and competence review) and support our EVP in the desired way
- Have local responsibility for on-boarding: monitor new co-worker orientation and on boarding programs, advise and provide expertise to Unit People&Culture Managers and line managers who execute on boarding activities
- Lead country specific selection processes as needed (e.g. background checks, temporary workers, etc.)
- Lead building effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
- Coach, influence and support matrix partners and unit organisation regarding the recruitment strategies, processes and tools in order to increase quality of recruitment process
- Collaborate with country Leadership & Competence Development function to ensure alignment between recruiting strategy and succession plan
- Collaborate with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion to secure a broad diverse work force as well as being an attractive employer
- Monitor external employer and workforce trends and leverage for adaptation of recruitment, attraction and sourcing strategies at country level
