- University degree (Accounting, Finance, Business); professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus
- At least 10 years experience in a multinational company including preferably 5 years of managerial experience shared service center leading role in finance is a plus
- A good knowledge of project and change management
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of corporate income tax would be an advantage
- Strong command of English Language (oral and written)
- SAP user knowledge (preferably S/4 HANA)
- MS Office knowledge

GRM R2R GOVERNANCE:
- Enforces compliance of actual business practices with GRM requirements.
- Supports entities with implementation of best practices in R2R process to drive efficient use of the system and eliminate unnecessary adjustments and manual efforts.
- Act as point of contact for R2R related queries from the wider Finance community.
- Review and assess change requests to ensure ongoing compliance with GRM (e.g. process, system)
R2R PROJECT SUPPORT:
- Support the development and delivery of projects and continuous improvement activities which standardize the R2R landscape.
- Initiate, prioritize and deliver on initiatives which: bring efficiencies, reduce duplication, define and roll out best practices, promote existing and new automation allowing more time for value-added activities whilst maximizing SAP system opportunities.
- Support cross-functional projects and work with other stakeholders and global teams to ensure business driven modifications are incorporated in financial processes in most optimal way
SAP IMPLEMENTATION INTEGRATION:
- Support SAP (light) implementation for non-SAP entities. This support will involve liaising with global teams, to help coordinate the integration, assessment of risks, support testing
ANALYSIS:
- Support the wider Team (e.g. Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Procurement) on ad-hoc financial analysis and detailed investigation work as and when required.
