R&D Manager
Miejsce pracy: okolice Żar
ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Manage the engineering team (process, product, test, NPI & R&D , no limited to other new assignments)
- Provide technical specifications, documentation, production, logistics, materials and quality departments; necessary to perform properly their tasks.
- Cost reduction and cost control drove through BPI.
- Owner of all BOM, methods, and test procedures.
- Direct process improvement programs
- Direct and Drive engineering support for a product or range of products through all phases of product research, development and repair processes.
- Pursue state of the art technology and processes to enhance products / processes and deliver to the quality requirements
- Communicate technical product status for new product to management
- Obtaining and coordinating all technical Documentation (reverse logistic supply chain) for NPI
- Manage and Drive Deployment of NPI process
- Drive R&D Local Team to support NPI builds through various development phases in EMEA
- Track and report on Product Costs related to NPI and regular product portfolio
- Provide Value Engineering to internal and external customers
- Experience and knowledge working with multicultural teams
WYMAGANIA:
- Degree in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience in mechatronic or electromechanical, electric or/and reverse logistics
- Preferred Master in science (Industrial Engineer).
- Preferred Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certified.
- Preferred Lean Manufacturing Certified.
- Large Experiences in Product Engineer or Process Engineer , NPI and Management
- Strong written and oral communications skills (bilingual English/Local Language “Polish”)
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to persuade people
- Good computer skills (MS-Office and MS-Project, Visio, CAD)
- Good team player (Ability to work independently and as a team player)
- Open minded

- Financial basic knowledge
- Integrity
- Experience working with cost reduction and value improvement initiatives preferred.
- Strong analytical and experimental skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools; root cause analysis, 6 sigma, problem resolution teams are highly desired.
- Knowledge of reliability analysis desired
- Knowledge of the product development process (PDP)
