Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are currently looking for a person who would like to become a team player in the local team for our Client on an R&D Lean Analyst position. The candidate will be responsible for leading Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement projects, analyzing current processes in order to identify the improvement opportunities, improving efficiency, quality and reducing risk, gathering process specific data relevant to the benchmarking of the process performance, suggesting process improvements, proposes solutions and works on their implementation, active seeking for new projects opportunities, deep understanding of stakeholders and business requirements

U Kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na / We are looking for
- Experience in a similar role and environment (lean or continuous improvement Specialist desirable) or/and experience in using tools from Lean Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Performance Management and Change Management areas
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent)
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs - Excel, Access & PowerPoint
- Education: University degree, preferably in finance/accounting or business administration combined with sound knowledge in finance & accounting
