Nadzorowanie i analiza zgodności procesów produkcyjnych w oparciu o specyficzne wymagania klientów (przeprowadzanie analiz, rozpatrywanie reklamacji, raporty 8D)
Zapewnienie najwyższej jakości wyrobów i procesów w zakładzie
Zarządzanie projektami jakościowymi
Prowadzenie audytów jakościowych wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
Weryfikacja i walidacja dostawców oraz nowych części produkcyjnych
Zatwierdzanie i kontrola wzorcowych wyrobów, tworzenie dokumentacji jakościowej PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
Prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu praktycznego wykorzystania narzędzi jakościowych
Nadzór nad pracownikami niższego szczebla
WYMAGANIA:
Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
Doświadczenie (3-5 lat) w pracy na stanowisku kierowniczym w dziale jakości w branży motoryzacyjnej - warunek konieczny
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego - warunek konieczny
Znajomość wymagań norm np. ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VDA, IATF
