Quality Manager

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- very good English language on communicative level in writing and speaking
- knowledge of QA processes and QA methodologies (8D, 5WHY, Statistical Tools)
- knowledge of new standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001
- ability to work independently
- excellent PC skills with the ability to produce high quality document deliverables in short time scales
- strong leadership skills
- strong team commitment
- ability to work with a cross-functional team and be able to present information to all levels of the organization
- stress resistance, the ease in interacting, self - assurance, strong communication skills, strong problem - solving skills and multi-tasking skills

Job Description:
- ensuring the proper level of quality at customer
- prepare company's quality procedures, standards and specifications to new ISO standards
- managing a team of subordinate employees
- maintaining the constant contact with the customer
- reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
- controlling the costs of not proper quality
- coordinating the quality projects improvement
- improving the quality of the production line
- direct contact with main suppliers - audits, improvements
- conducting the quality trainings for employees
- SAP Quality Module managing
- supervising and communicating of customer requirements within the organization,
- active participation in all audit activity (OEM customer audits, ISO, UL, ATEX certification audits, suppliers audit)
- internal audits program management
- prepare monthly reports including corrective and preventative action, making recommendations for continual improvement in line with business needs
- looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
- monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors
- using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
