zarządzanie dokumentacją i nadzorowanie poprawności sporządzanych raportów
czynny udział w rozwoju współpracy z nowymi i dotychczasowymi klientami – obsługa reklamacji
koordynowanie projektów dotyczących wprowadzania, usprawniania i utrzymania jakości zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta
uczestnictwo w przygotowywaniu umów handlowych z gwarancjami jakości
monitorowanie parametrów jakościowych w wytwarzanych produktach i oferowanych usługach
przygotowywanie raportów prezentacji jakościowych dla zarządu
nadzór nad prawidłowością stosowania i przestrzegania zasad systemu zapewnienia Jakości opisanego w Księdze Jakości, Procedurach, Instrukcjach itp.
reprezentowanie firmy podczas audytów zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych
pracowanie zgodnie z normą ISO 90001 i ISO 14001
Wymagania:
minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w firmie produkcyjnej na stanowisku kierowniczym związanym z jakością
wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (mile widziane studia podyplomowe lub doktoranckie z zakresu zarządzania jakością)
znajomość norm i procesów linii ISO
doświadczenie w certyfikowaniu przedsiębiorstw zgodnie z wymaganiami prawnymi, organizacyjnymi oraz systemami zapewnienia i utrzymania jakości
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
