Zadania:
Osoba zatrudniona na stanowiksu Quality Manager odpowiadać będzie za za wyznaczanie i realizację strategii zapewnienia jakości oraz nadzorowanie jakości w procesie produkcyjnym i w procesie nowych uruchomień. Ponadto do podstawowego zakresu zadań neleżęć będzie koordynowanie pracy zespołu ds. FMEA i Planu Kontroli; analizowanie wymagań Klienta i prowadzenie procesu zatwierdzania zmian inżynieryjnych, a także nadzorowanie analizy przyczyn reklamacji oraz uczestnictwo w opracowaniu planu działań korygujących.
Wymagania:
Idealny kandydat posiada techniczne wykształcenie wyższe oraz około 2 letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu jakością zdobyte w firmie produkcyjnej. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego jest warunkiem koniecznym. Quality Manager musi również wykazać się umiejętnością sporządzania dokumentacji jakościowej. Oczekujemy wysokiej orientacji na wynik, skrupulatności oraz wysokich kompetencji komunikacyjnych. Znajomość narzędzi Lean Manufacturing oraz znajomość języka niemieckiego będą dodatkowym atutem.
