For our Client, an international production company, which is located in Wroclaw, we are searching for Senior Quality Engineer. This position will report directly to the Quality Manager in Poland, but primarily be working to support the Quality Director of division. This person has to be able to influence the organisation in all regards to fulfill quality goals on a global level.

• Continuous cooperation with the Quality Director to implement and coordinate the quality management strategy for the whole organization
• Implement of 'zero defect' mindset
• Lead and coordinate global quality actions according to company Quality Strategy
• Review and challenge quality improvement projects
• Develop and coordinate actions plans to reduce quality cost
• Identify, install and maintain Change Management Process within division
• Identify and install division's Intercompany claim process
• Recognize of key customer expectations in order to turn them into required activities across the division
• Participate in company global quality initiatives
• Disseminate of philosophy of quality in organization

• Technical education, engineering master degree
• At least 5 years experience from similar position with documented results, within a manufacturing environment in Automotive area
• Experience in the application of quality systems
• Welcome experience in metalworking
• Experience of working in organizations with a dispersed structure will be an advantage
• Six Sigma black belt
• System and process approach and PPAP experience
• Excellent Communications, organization and problem solving skills are essential for this role
• Very good knowledge of English
• Availability, readiness to travel frequently (Asia, Europe, USA)
