Responsibilities:
- Quality problem-solving related to optics and visual assessment of production processes
- Supervision and maintenance of the standards of quality assurance, and quality system in production processes (Internal Audits/Gemba walks, CP, QC, QRQC, 8D)
- Daily work with data analysis, reporting, and deviations analysis from trends
- Continuously improve quality for production processes focused on optics and visual assessment in 3shape
- Creating and updating quality documentation according to company needs (e.g., Standard Procedures, Work Instructions, Control Plans)
- Handling of nonconformity parts in production
- Project team working skills (including NPI, production optimalisation)
Ideal profile:
- Experience in product industrialization (preferable min. 1 year, optics or visual assessment area)
- Higher degree (preferable technical)
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in optics and visual assessment (preferable)
- Fluent (or very good) English, both verbally and writing (essential condition)
- Knowledge of basic quality tools (e.g. audits, FMEA, MSA, CP, QRQC) and ISO 9001, 13485 standards (preferable)
- Auditing experience (preferable)
- Computer literacy (MS Office) (essential condition)
- Knowledge of process documentation and technical drawing (preferable)
- Analytical skills, the ability to work effectively with data, plan and achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team working
- Ability to find solutions and proactively solve problems
