Job Description:
- Understand process requirements and control environment for the Global WWCS SOX requirements
- Execute standard monthly testing of controls in the Accounts Receivable work stream. The diligence in testing is required – reflection would be no issues identified by Client Internal Audit Team
- Producing monthly management reporting packs for both Accenture and Client Management team. Assist in status report creation and any other required communications for SOX review cycle
- Preparation of monthly analytics and scorecards to identify trends and performance of Delivery Centers in their controls activities
- Coordinating monthly issues management process, including registering and tracking status of issues
- Preparing and sending communications to Client Management Team to circulate testing plans, results, actions required
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures followed by the Controls and Compliance team. Update supporting documents for SOX review programme, test trackers, metrics when needed
- Interacting with Continuous Improvement team to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Supporting IA audit
- Deliver trainings to DC teams
- Key point of contact for SOX queries/questions
- Support the delivery of the global Data Privacy programme that includes incident tracking, SharePoint maintenance, and communication programme development
- Assist with any future controls and compliance related projects that may arise
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by Accenture
- Experience in a client facing role (2 years +)
- Experience of Accounts Receivables (2 year +)
- Track record of producing high quality documentation against short/challenging timelines
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
- Comfortable with managing conflict
- Able to work effectively and flexibly with Operations resources from different Accenture and client global locations
- Able to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
- Able to travel if/when required (minimal travel expected)
- MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel – Expert
- English Language (Level 4)
- Other languages, in particular Spanish, Chinese and/or Indian dialects would be advantageous
