Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities
- Deliver the SOX and quality assurance testing (Walkthroughs and TOE for selected processes) and annual process of SOX narratives update
- Producing and presenting monthly management quality assurance and reporting packs, analytics and scorecards
- Preparation and maintenance of procedures
- Participate in development, training and mentoring of compliance and quality assurance team
- Supervise Project Data Privacy issues (including GDPR and Business Continuity Plan Reporting)
- Supervise access rights to ERP
Qualifications
- 2 years of strong experience in a client facing role
- Excellent English skills
- Knowledge of the Internal Audit process
- Knowledge and experience in SOX/Quality Assurance testing cycle
- process design and procedure writing skills and experience - will be an assets
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
- Flexibility around working hours required with interaction with the world-wide time differences
- Ability to travel if/when required (minimal travel expected)
