Business Excellence team is looking for talented, passionate and experienced Quality Leads and Project Managers who would like to join a team of Lean Six Sigma professionals, to manage Operational Maturity, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement, Cost to Serve, & Automation programs as well as to lead key Optimization Projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and drive Business Transformation projects through Process Re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, Analytics, Automation and other Innovation initiatives and levers
- Lead Operational Maturity, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement, Cost to Serve, Automation or other assigned programs under Business Excellence domain
- Drive significant value proposition to Accenture as well as to clients through strategic, industry relevant, large scale initiatives
- Interact with Client / Internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives; Be a change agent and enable leadership to pursue path breaking themes / strategies; Bring outside-in view, benchmark and lead all Business Excellence efforts towards best-in-class
- Collaborate with leadership and multiple functions within Delivery Center in driving Business Excellence
- Motivate and engage Operations teams to foster great Collaboration Culture and build Business Excellence into Operations DNA
- Provide management with business insights, business intelligence as well as program reports in line with Client and Accenture requirements
- Manage costs and financials for assigned Programs or Projects
- Lean Six Sigma certification of a Green Belt or equivalent level
- Proven Project Management skills / Project Management certification – PMP / Prince2 or equivalent
- Knowledge of Quality and Process Improvement tools and methodologies, leading Opportunity Workshops
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within Client and Accenture organizations
- Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive, self-starter
- Well-structured, organized with great time-management approach
- Reliable, able to work independently, under limited supervised to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced global environment; result-oriented / problem-solving / “can do” attitude
- Excellent analytical, data-mining, reporting, and Excel / Word / PowerPoint and presentation skills
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
- Operating according to Lean Six Sigma philosophy
