- Understands the processes which are in scope and goes through all relevant process training and certifications
- Perform a thorough assessment of controls for in scope process areas
- Works hand-in-hand with operations, process document writers, training team members and SFDC on an ongoing basis
- Applies best-practice in assessing current controls and recommending either new controls or changes which can enhance the level of checks & balances and success of the team
- Enables agility by introspecting current controls to simplify measurement process
- Measures effectiveness of the processes by conducting continuous examination of employees on the floor
- Works with SFDC Operational Excellence team to implement future changes and improvements in the overall team strategy
- Provide necessary documentation as requested, or when follow up is necessary and part of the process
- Participates in process improvement as needed
- Ensures compliance with all company policies
- Prior experience in audit or QA role in operations of 3-5 years
- Fluency in English
- Understands process and controls at an expert level and adopts customized approach to effective controls management
- Designed and lead process audits across multiple customers
- Able to work with teams in multiple delivery centers at different time zones
- Expert in audit, controls and compliance in processes
- Performed QA role in multiple processes and understands operational challenges
- Meets operations and customers demand with strong influencing and implementation skills
- Challenges the status quo and rationale which is not in line with industry standards
- Good written communication & presentation skills preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal / business relationships
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
