Our Client, established Customer Support Centre opens a dynamic recruitment for:
Quality Analyst with German
Wrocław
Working on this position you will be responsible for:
- completing the monitoring & coaching targets for the week
- coaching the agents according to the observations made during monitoring of calls
- preparing training modules on the basis of the need analysis
- conducting specific training sessions to improve the performance of the agents
- taking initiatives to add value to the project
- contact with the client to meet assigned targets.
Knowledge and skills required:
- experience in Coaching /Training Delivery/Teaching, preferably in customer support or sales team
- managing the team
- tracking the results of employees
- readiness to share practices and improve ratio of daily operations
- persuasive and effective communication
- very good command of German for business purpose
- very good knowledge of English.
