Responsibilities:
- Consulting with your client groups using a Business Partnering style to support them in achieving their specific L&D needs.
- Scoping, developing and delivering L&D programmes (including digital and blended learning solutions) making sure all programmes support the Company’s Values and Strategic Drivers. This includes soft skills, technical skills, IT skills and business focused training aimed at foundation, intermediate, advanced and executive level learners.
- Assisting with the setting of, and then work within, defined L&D budgets, and maintain an accurate report of budget spend and commitment for your client groups.
- Effectively apply the full L&D cycle. Evaluating learning and development activities, including the impact of the implementation of the learning on the individual, team or group, and compile data for reports as required.
- Support the L&D team and activities across the group – this may require you to travel and stay away from home from time to time.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience of delivering effective training/ learning and development activities within a professional services environment using a consultative approach.
- Ability to understand their client groups’ business issues and develop appropriate, commercially savvy, innovative, L&D interventions to resolve.
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the Company. Articulate and confident in standing up and delivering to large audiences.
- Experienced trainer and training professional (experience of scoping, designing and implementing / delivering small and large scale training programmes, initiatives and projects effectively to produce positive results in a business environment), working with and training learners of all levels.
- Experience of effectively applying the full L&D cycle with a blended approach (including evaluation)
- Effective project management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent IT skills – Intermediate / advanced level knowledge of MS applications.
- Fluent English.
