bioMérieux European Shared Services Centre organization, established in 2011 has been successfully supporting eighteen European and two Asian subsidiaries and four Latin America in performing Finance and Order Entry operations and is still developing with a clear roadmap of projects to extend the scope of services and improve quality of operations.
What will you do?
As Q2C Process Manager you will be responsible for adapting the most efficient Q2C process for our Subs through:
- Analyzing the business needs and volumes in regards to Q2C activities,
- Maintaining and creating the Q2C process documentation including roles & responsibilities, process maps,
- Building proper performance culture within Q2C organization, by developing right set of KPIs,
- Build and maintain good relations with internal and external customers,
- Ensuring that our 3rd party service providers for Q2C are delivering all the agreed processes within compatible SLAs,
- Performing analysis, determining activities to ensure that Q2C process supports core business,
- Inspiring and motivating the team to ensure they understand and commit to the vision and strategy of the organization,
- Supervising the teams of Team Leader and Process Experts,
- Cooperating with IT and other key stakeholders, while setting up new Q2C tools and making sure that all the processes are properly reflected in the ERP systems.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates profile:
- At least 5 years previous experience in SSC or BPO (including Q2C),
- “Can do” attitude,
- High interpersonal soft skills,
- Experience in team and/or process management,
- Ability to work in a changing, dynamic environment,
- Interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders,
- Working knowledge of SAP and other Q2C tools,
- Fluency in English,
- Experience in migration of Q2C process would be a strong asset.
