The Polish division for almost 20 years develops its position and has an important part of the market in its sector.
For our Client we are looking for professional and experienced candidate take overall responsibility of PURCHASING DIRECTOR in Polish business unit and participate in global purchasing strategy.
This challenging position requires very strong interpersonal skills to develop local procurement team and competences and take part as a member of Global Procurement management to drive global cooperation.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for direct and indirect categories supporting overall business units supply chain;
- Develop and execute local road map and performance through strong KPI follow up;
- Execute budget realization;
- Drive supplier consolidation activities;
- Assure supplier development processes, price competitiveness, service & quality level, delivery performance and contractual compliance;
- Coordinate cross functional projects;
- Build high quality relationships internally, across all levels of stakeholders;
- Perform people development activities.
- Master degree level, ideally in technical discipline;
- Min. 3-5 years of procurement experience and min. 5 years of experience in managerial position in international environment;
- Strong leadership capabilities;
- Ability to successfully manage the team;
- Well developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills;
- Strong result and execution drive;
- Fluent English is a must.
