Inviting applications for the role of the Purchase to Pay Accountant with Russian.
Responsibilities
Invoice processing:
- Answering supplier and employee calls
- Logging cases in Ticketing/CRM Tool
- Responding to simple queries
- Redirecting employees and suppliers to self-service tools
- Escalate to the Expert Helpdesk (Level 2) for technical resolution
- Vendor Master Data queries
- On-boarding new users / suppliers
- Provide information and updates on payments
- Resolve invoice mismatches in or reject/return the invoices as per agreed procedure.
- Invoice postings after resolution in SAP
- Updating activity trackers
- Initiate Supplier Creation/Changes as per agreed procedure.
- Non PO and PO invoice postings in SAP
- Accuracy and duplicate audit of data entry and invoices
- Root cause analysis of errors and dissemination to the Team
- Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Manual accounts clearing
- Sending, remittance advises to suppliers
- Follow-up with vendors for balance confirmation and/or for clarifications needed
- Resolution of supplier’s queries, major discrepancies, vendor clarification with respect to rejected payments.
- Posting of returned payments and checks
- Provide resolution/feedback regarding queries in an accurate and timely manner to the Helpdesk team using client tools (Remedy)
- T&E postings
- Updating the working procedures periodically
Qualifications
- Very Good Russian skills
- Communicative level of English
- High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)
- Previous experience in Accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with SAP
- Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
- Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects
