The PTP Accounting Lead has operational responsibility for all the Procure to Pay (PTP) service delivery activities for the Services group of Businesses. The role is responsible for ensuring that PTP services to the Client are delivered in line with the contract and the agreed SLAs. The PTP Accounting Lead is accountable for customer satisfaction within the Client environment and provides leadership support to the Senior Accountants responsible for the Services group of Businesses. The role is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Accenture staff working on the Client contract on shore, ensuring that the resourcing and capability is appropriate for delivering a high quality PTP service to the client.
- Managing Team Leads and be a point of escalation
- First point of contact for client escalations/requests
- Driving continuous improvement agenda
- Be part of automation team and drive Opex related matters
- Support the Team Leads in all People Agenda related matters
- Assist management with career development activities for Team Leads including performance management, informal feedback, training, and resourcing
- Ensure the Team performance and the metrics are in line with client requirements
- Ensure that all documents are properly allocated and up to date
- Build and maintains good relationship with other Team Leads, colleagues as well as relationship with client and 3rd parties
- Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met for the Team
- Following given guidelines & procedures actively liaise with Team leads, clients and customers to anticipate and solve issues and risks
- Maintain proper records and audit trail of documentation
- Fluent English
- Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain teams’ business focus
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- People management experience - minimum 3 years
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
