To support our growing project business in Eastern Europe the Company currently has a vacancy for a Proposal Engineer based at our Warsaw office in Poland.
The successful candidate will work with a multi-disciplined Proposal team to produce professional, creative proposals for a range of different Projects.
- Engineering of electrical heating systems, low voltage electrical distribution equipment and control systems.
- Estimating installation and engineering labour hours.
- Working with Sales, Procurement and Execution departments to ensure that project proposals meet deadlines for submission and are aligned with all business goals.
- Compiling the final tender package in compliance with all processes, procedures and strategies.
- Dealing with ongoing clarifications / negotiations.
Applicants must be educated to degree level in an Electrical Engineering Discipline, preferably with previous experience in a proposals/tendering role or in a project site estimating role. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and driven mindset will support your track record of being an integral team player. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is a required element.
Candidates must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and the ability to speak any other language would be a distinct advantage. Candidates will be required to travel occasionally within the Eastern Europe region.
