Team building and leading KSS Team with great execution of KPI’s (e.g. B/L, ULH, CPB),
-
Leading of training department and systematically develop skills of factory trainers,
-
Report to GM / SMT all factory results related to KSS, Continues Improvement results,
-
Leading and coordination of visual factory and standardization according to DELL,
-
Ensure early involvement in NPI projects (ESG, EUC) to ensure respect to quality requirements before new manufacturing lines are released to serial production,
-
Implementation and development across factory problem solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).

Preferred technical university education and experience with manufacturing industry min. 3 years,
-
Proved management skills with min. 3 years,

Good interpersonal skills,

Strong leadership and experience how to provide direction and motivate others.

Dell process and product knowledge in area of ESG and EUC.

Good technical understanding of robust design and process in order to support lean manufacturing strategy

Practical experience with industrial standards of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001.

Previous experience from Dell Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering will be recognized as additional asset.

Willingness to work with cross functional Team and play key role as trainer and facilitator of Lean Manufacturing culture in the company,
