Job Description
- Co-ordinate and manageproject traffic work flow through the Warsaw team - in liaison with managementin London
- Simultaneously manage projects for differentclients:
- Manage project-related communications, e.g.organize / lead meetings, write agendas and minutes, status reports and followup on next actions
- Manage project timelines and milestones totime and budget
- Identify and manage project risks and issuesand be solutions and delivery focused
- Where appropriate deliver an excellent levelof client service and consistently manage client expectations against key tasksand deliverables
- Lead regular internal project team meetings inwhich the team learns about client needs and responses in a clear and concisemanner
- Manage and optimise client process andworkflow for development and delivery throughout project lifecycles
- Actively document project decisions, progressand acceptance of deliverables
- Manage resource reporting / time sheets ofWarsaw team
- Experience ofdelivering a wide array of digital projects in-line with blueprint's corecapabilities.
- Technically savvy and digitally-minded
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manageror Interactive Producer
- Strong project management fundamentals andexperience of managing time sensitive projects including experience deliveringin Agile.
- Experience managing client stakeholders andsubcontractors
- Professional communicator with excellentwritten and verbal skills
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to makethe team successful, regardless of whether or not it's in the job description
- Highly organised, strong work ethic, powerfulinternal drive and commitment to achieving wins as a team
