thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR) Information Technology (IT) and Cross Functions (XF). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives to monitor and track progress
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers and project team
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques and analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Make recommendations for project improvements and create and update project documentation
- Conduct a risk assessment to identify risks, and plan a response to treat the risk
- Report and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or a similar course
- Fluent English (min. C1)
- Fluent German (min. B2) would be an asset
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- At least one Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, AGILE etc.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced skills of MS Office programs (Project,PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
