- Shape and drive a project from initiation stage to project close
- Ensures that project vision and goals are clearly defined and that key stakeholders are identified and on-boarded
- Manages project scope
- Defines the project plan, roles and responsibilities and communications plan
- Leads the project methodology, ensuring that templates and work instructions are clear for all project phases and deliverables
- Creates and maintains the project plan
- Drives to ensure that issues and risks are actioned and mitigated in a timely manner
- Management of multiple stakeholders across multiple business and technical groups
- Track record of ability to ramp-up quickly
- Creation of status reports for management stakeholders
- Facilitation of client workshops to present and validate and achieve stakeholder consensus on business approaches, requirements or plans
- 3-5 years+ project management experience
- Relevant university degree
- Fluent English
- PMP certified or similar qualification will be an asset
- Proven ability to shape and drive a project from initiation stage to project close
- Proven delivery track record in managing/supporting non-IT projects (e.g. Business) projects and stakeholders. Examples of such projects include ensuring the smooth roll-out of launches and enhancement to the business or to the business customers, continuous process improvement & cost reduction initiatives, operations assessments etc
- Ability to interact and influence at senior management level and above
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to handle and address ambiguity head-on
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive in approach, self starter and requires minimum supervision in order to get job done
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
- Previous experience of managing and collaborating with large, disparate and often virtual teams
- Previous experience working in large multi-national would be beneficial.
