Project Manager
Location: Szczecin
Job description
Under direction of the management, Project Manager will have the responsibility of the overall planning, management and completion of LI projects in a wide variety of programs. He/she will cooperate with customers to develop project scope of documents and plans. Will use project management skills to identify resource requirements, work with reporting structures, control project supplies, meet training needs, provide customer satisfaction and insure quality of learning programs. Will identify the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process. Finally, he/she will ensure an effective communication and relationship between customers and project team members. Duties may require 24 /7 on-call responsibility for the project support.
DUTIES:
- Assign, schedule, train, review and monitor effectively project work so progress is within expected guidelines and project is completed on time and within the budget.
- Manage the constrains of the project: quality, costs and time.
- Cooperate with customers to develop project scope including analysis of benefits, costs, work schedule and any related risks.
- In cooperation with clients, identify roles of project team members, frequency of interaction and training requirements to achieve the best LIIIM performance.
- Define responsibilities of the parties involved in the project including customers, management, LIIIM crew and others affected by the project.
- Help with final interviews and assist with new-hire activities
Requirements
- Higher education in Management Engineering, Management, Administration or closely related field.
- 2-5 years of full-time experience managing similar projects.
- Valid driving license.
- Readiness to travel
- Health certificate.
- Considerable ability to interpret technical procedures to customers, public officials and personnel.
- Capacity to give clear and consistent instructions to team members.
- Extensive knowledge and ability to use current word processing, spreadsheet,database, e-mail, outlook pack and Internet software.
- Considerable oral presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to develop, lead, motivate and supervise work team members.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making competence.
- Knowledge of tools and techniques for managing projects.
- Good command of English
- Formal Project Managing courses are welcome.
At first, the Project manager will be hired on 6 month probation period.
