We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our Aerospace Electronics team as Project Manager
- Leading engineering project teams and managing activities associated with projects that are companywide and significant in risk, scope and complexity
- Interact regularly with team members to create, implement, monitor and communicate project related goals, tasks, issues, progress and accomplishments
- Develop and revise complex project plans and budgets
- Present project status, risks and recommendations to senior level management
- Proactively managing changes to the project scope, identifying potential, risks, and devising contingency plans
- Coordinating and effectively partnering with other competencies like Sourcing and Manufacturing to support project activities
- Interacting with Customers and Vendors as required to support the project progression

Must have:
- 5 years+ of proven experience in project management
- Experience in project development of electronics, both hardware and software
- Broad experience using standard project management tools
- Strong financial acumen and advanced use of analysis tools
- Ability to prepare technical and strategic issues for management decisions
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities: effective setting of priorities, clearly define roles, responsibilities and objectives
- Effective communication skills in English
- Bachelors or MSc. degree in program management or technical field

Would be a plus:
- PMP/PMI certification
- Knowledge and understanding of the product life cycle
- Hands-on experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process
- Demonstrated a commitment to Quality, Lean and Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in Agile-based approach to project management
- Experience in performing various engineering functions in NPI/LRU or R&D environment
