For an international organization form IT industry, new brand but already well known on the Polish market, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:
Project Manager
Recquirements:
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a project
- Define all project tasks and resource needs
- Develop project plans and schedule timelines
- Assemble and coordinate staff involved in the projects
- Expedite the completion of project tasks by other team members
- Execute project tasks according to scope, plan and budget
- Track the progress of the project
- Provide direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the project team
- Report project status to supervisor, business owners, senior management and key participants
- Adhere to change management requirements
- Manage project risks
- Manage interdependencies with other projects/systems
- Identify problems and implement solutions
- Ensure company standards and policies are followed
- Complete and handover project deliverables
- Close projects upon approval of designated business representative
- Evaluate and assess the project results
- Document lessons learned
- Develop and distribute post project support plan
Recquirements:
- 3+ years experience as IT Project Manager
- Experience in Software Development (Engineering or QA background)
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with personnel in multiple business roles
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Good documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a global setting including multiple cultures, time zones and potential language barriers
- Formal Project Management Training
- English level C1
