Project Manager

Project Manager
(experience with applications modifications/IT projects)
Responsibilities:
- Working with operation to identify process improvement opportunities;
- Recognizing, designing and implementing improvements in applications based on processes and users' needs;
- Close cooperation with IT department to align systems with the needs of business.
- Manage transition scope and coordination of all internal, external stakeholders;
- Monitors overall progression and status reporting on global scale;
- Manage Transition Issue and Risk Management;
- Support resource and financial reporting such as weekly time reporting, forecast, budget utilization, etc.;
- Maintain and improve standards and procedures according to internal and external guidelines;
- Run projects, monitor projects' progress and manage resources (incl. change management/ risk mitigation);
- Execute project controls and quality management actions.
Requirements:
- Master degree;
- 4+ years in project / transition management role including system/application implementation project management;
- Familiarity with ITIL philosophy; aligning IT with the needs of the business;
- Extended knowledge of project management methods and implementation; including systems PMS, Price or Agile; knowledge two out of three would be preferable;
- Knowledge of PMO tools and experience in implementing project tools;
- Good understanding of business processes (OTC, PTP);
- Work experience with Lean Sigma (DMAIC) and six sigma methodologies – desirable;
- Leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate others;
- Good coordination skills in managing different assignments simultaneously;
- Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and SAP ERP or WINS experiences.
English: Fluent written and spoken
German language would be a plus
