Due to dynamic development of our company we are constantly looking for:
Project Manager with technical background
(Design and construction of exhibition stands)

Place of work: Poznan with frequent business travels
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control. The Project Manager will report to the Head of the Project Department.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end according to the client’s and Meliński Minuth expectation (design, technical specifications etc.)
- Estimate resource in order to prepare a competitive offers
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes
- Effectively communicate with team members and other departments (production and logistics, audio-visual, marketing)
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Develop and deliver required reports
- Analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Propose innovative approaches in regard to the design and construction of the exhibition stands
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the Project
Candidate’s Profile
- University degree in technical field
- Experience in the fair industry and/or event industry will be an asset
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3DS Max and other software like Corel DRAW, Photoshop will be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish language
- Knowledge of other language will be an asset (particularly German, Spanish, French)
- Strong results and customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
- Very good leadership and organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in leading and managing teams would be an asset
- Ability to travel (50% of the working time)
