Project Manager - Space Data & Utilization Management [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The Engagement Manager, Space Data & Utilization Management role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and oversight of the Space & Utilization Data Management services within JLL’s Business Solutions platform.
The Candidate will be the single point of contact for the client and will coordinate with CAFM/IWMS administration, Global CAD Services, JLL Digital Solutions, and other application support teams as necessary in the delivery of space data management services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management lead for Space Data Management projects
- Through the team workflow tools, provide Quality Assurance checks and management of tasks to ensure all documents and reporting follow JLL/client standards
- Support WA Practice knowledge management by assisting in the development of processes, tools, and client deliverables that will be included in best practices
- Coordination with Global CAD and CAFM teams to ensure compliance with established space data standardization guidelines
- Manage performance of the SDM team
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirement
- Provide monthly reporting for billing purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Construction or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with commercial (office) architectural, engineering or construction drawings
- 2 to 4 years work experience in managing data preferably in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients; including end to end data management life cycle from collection, standardization, loading, monitoring/remediation and reporting
- Experience in maintaining data in databases preferably in CAFM/IWMS database applications (FM: Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, etc.)
- Experience in AutoCAD is preferred
- Ability to work across cultures and languages when managing an international portfolio
- Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
- Comfortable with frequent or rapid change; flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
