Project Manager – LEAN & Operational Excellence Expert
Specific tasks:

Serve as Subject Matter Expert Lean Six Sigma, Change Leadership and Project Management;

Together with Senior Process Managers co-lead the planning, direction, and coordination of shared service center processes;
-
Support justification for alternate methods of process realization to reduce time and costs and increase effectiveness;
-
Provide leadership and guidance and take responsibility for the Lean transformation;
-
Raise the level of awareness for Lean Sigma philosophy and continuous improvement;
-
Provide necessary training for employees to support continuous improvement;
-
Provide feedback to managers on employee performance in the area of Lean.
Requirements:
-
Black Belt Lean Six Sigma required – Master Black Belt preferred;
-
5+ years in project management role for OPEX / LEAN function;
-
Master degree in Finance / Accounting or comparable degree;
-
3-4 years undergraduate degree in accounting or related field;

Leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate others;
-
Extended knowledge of project methods and implementation experiences;

Good understanding of LEAN Sigma (DMAIC)methodologies;
-
Knowledge of PMO tools and experience in implementing project tools
-
Experience in creation and implementation of internal processes (including improvements);
-
Good coordination skills in managing different assignments simultaneously;

Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access, viso);

Good communication and problem solving skills.
Language Skills:

English: Fluent written and spoken

German language would be a plus
